UHT is a heat sterilization process in which the product is heated to a temperature of not less than 133 degrees Celsius for at least 4 seconds. It is then packaged in sterile containers under aseptic conditions, allowing it to be stored at room temperature for an extended period without spoilage.

- Pasteurized soy milk. Shelf life depends on the flavor. Production and expiration dates can be found on the packaging. It must be kept refrigerated at all times.
- UHT soy milk. Shelf life is 10 months. It can be stored at room temperature.

- All flavors of Tofusan soy milk products, both pasteurized and UHT, contain no preservatives.

- Products sold exclusively at 7-11 are made from non-GMO soybeans, which are soybeans that have not been genetically modified.
- Products sold in supermarkets are made from organic soybeans, which are grown without contamination from chemicals or synthetic substances at every stage.

- Because the product is pasteurized and freshly squeezed, and contains no preservatives, it must be stored at refrigerated temperatures (2-6 degrees Celsius) to inhibit the growth of microorganisms and prevent spoilage before the expiration date.

- The product can be microwaved. The following are recommended heating instructions:

1. Twist the screw cap open slightly before microwaving.
2. For bottled products, heat for 45–60 seconds in a standard household microwave (approximately 800–1,000 W).

- Plain soy milk, being free of added sugar, has a higher concentration of soy milk compared to slightly sweetened versions. This results in a higher proportion of nutrients from soy, such as protein and fat, thus providing more energy.

- Low-sugar soy milk has a higher concentration of soy milk than regular sweetened soy milk, and therefore may contain a higher amount of sodium naturally found in soybeans.

- Because our soy milk does not contain milk powder, it does not contain casein.

- Tofusan High Protein products do not contain whey protein (cow's milk protein).
Our products use plant-based protein isolates (including rice protein isolate and soy protein isolate).

- The sugars detected are naturally occurring sugars derived from soybeans; no added sugar was used in the formula.

-It can be cooked, depending on the heat and duration, but the nutrients are unlikely to be completely lost, although they may be reduced if heated at high temperatures for a long time.

- Typically, pasteurized products require maintaining a constant temperature of 2-6 degrees Celsius. Therefore, if the storage/transport temperature deviates from this range in some bottles, it may lead to spoilage before the expiration date. This issue may only affect certain bottles.

-Yes, all Tofusan flavors are Halal certified and safe to drink.

- The cause is believed to be friction between the bottle threads and the cap, making it difficult to open some bottles.

- They refer to the same product. "Soy milk" is the official term recognized by the Thai FDA, while "soybean milk" is the more familiar everyday term among consumers.

- While soy milk products are generally safe to consume, we recommend consulting a doctor or nutritionist and maintaining a balanced diet with all five food groups.

- Drinking soy milk can help improve skin complexion because it naturally contains estrogen, a female hormone that can benefit the skin.
